An insight into the workshop
Tools old and new, modern, traditional and vintage.
I like to use the tools handed down to me, but mix these techniques with new ideas and ways of working.
My Grandad's sanding block, with my in print sitting alongside.
An organised, tidy workshop is always a productive one.
The everlasting chase to make a piece of wood square! The planer/thicknesser does a great job at this and also allows me to use recycled timber, bringing it back to life.
That hammer hasn't half done some banging.
A new stand for my Grandad's Coronet table saw. Produced just after the Second World War, this is a priceless asset in the workshop.
